Job Overview

Market Management is how the US Business Unit achieves desired business outcomes through leadership of branch teams. The Market Management strategy will apply market segmentation, a menu of strategies, aligned support and local leadership to optimize growth and efficiency based on market opportunities. The Market Strategist role supports our Regional and Market Leadership teams in growth, health, and community business objectives.

What you'll do...

  • Lead pieces of strategy creation and/or execution within functional area of support

  • Ensure clear integration of strategy work with other firm strategic and operational initiatives

  • Lead key initiatives that tie directly to division strategy

  • Identify major and detailed project tasks, critical path, contentions and resources to manage the tasks

  • Ensure project schedule, scope and quality objectives are met by monitoring, using metrics and controls to measure progress, taking corrective action and escalating issues when necessary

  • Assess trade‐offs to scope using cost / benefit analysis and make recommendations to senior leaders Working with other leaders and senior leadership to obtain the necessary resources to achieve initiative objectives

  • Plan, identify, analyze and resolve initiative issues and risks

  • Determine and execute prevention and mitigation strategies, as appropriate

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, communicating progress and developing solutions to meet initiative goals. This may be related to a large project with multiple sub‐projects

  • Provide timely communication of relevant data to senior leadership for decision making

  • Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships across multiple areas, divisions, and outside vendors who are working on the initiative

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $96471

Hiring Maximum: $164262

Skills/Requirements

What you'll need...

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

  • 5+ years of Relevant Work Experience

  • 2+ years in a leadership capacity

  • Ability to travel 20% (approximately 1-2 times per trimester)

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
