The Spa Concierges main responsibilities are:

• Greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking appointments, checking the guest into the computer system, and charging for services performed.
• Responsible for closing the sale on retail products to guests. They are responsible for maintaining the retail area of the spa in a clean and orderly manner and should be knowledgeable of the features and benefits of all retail offerings and promotions.
• Understand how to effectively recommend products to meet the needs of our guests.

The Gift Shop Attendant offers assistance and sells products to our guests in the gift shop. The primary duties include arranging products on the display shelves, processing payments and keeping the shop clean.In addition:

• Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors
• Arranging and labeling goods in the display shelves
• Assisting customers in finding the items they are looking for
• Processing customer payments at the checkout counter
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
• Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
• Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Friendly, warm, and welcoming when speaking with internal and external guests
• Able to work any day including weekends and holidays.
