Job Description

The cybersecurity M&A project manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of cybersecurity integration requirements of newly acquired companies. The PM is responsible for the technical understanding of each of the phases of integration, as well as the project management to ensure the correct resources are aligned and tasked where necessary. The cybersecurity M&A PM will interface directly with the M&A team as well as the cybersecurity team, and provide clear communication between both teams.

Responsibilities

* Understand technical aspects and cybersecurity requirements across acquisition timeline

* Utilize project management experience to ensure appropriate cyber resources are notified and tasked when needed to integration recent acquisitions

* Complete assigned project tasks and deliverables for the cybersecurity department as part of the larger M&A function

* Be an active participant for M&A processes from start to finish across all cybersecurity workstreams

* Understand cybersecurity needs of new acquisitions and coordinate meetings with cybersecurity team to fulfill requirements

* Maintain project status and communicate with M&A, M&A IT, and cybersecurity via reporting of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations

Skills and Requirements

* 5+ years of work experience in M&A

* 5+ years of project management experience

* 7+ years of IT experience

* 4+ years of cybersecurity experience

* Project Management Professional (PMP) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certified preferred

* Focused on delivering high quality output (models and presentations), which are well thought out, organized and presentable

* Knowledge of M&A processes (key steps and timetable)

* Analytical with good skills / experience using MS Office tools including Project

* High Energy, Self-Starter, willing to put in the work to learn on the job; strong attention to detail

* Very Strong verbal and written communication skills null
