Education: - High School or Equivalent. Performs a variety of support functions to support the department. Handles multiple projects and may assist in compling data and generating reports. Position Requirements: Candidate interview schedule management for the TA team (phone screen scheduling and on-site scheduling and logistics). Reconciliation of the department supply card for all candidate travel. Completes candidate reimbursement forms and processes. Arrange interviews with site TA or Human Resources team and ensuring a POC on-site for candidate. Coordination and administration of required testing and assessments including, but not limited to, EEI required testing. High volume or mass testing scheduling may be required for some Operating Companies (OpCo's). Ongoing candidate communication efforts throughout the recruiting and on-boarding process. This includes offer letter preparation, start date coordination and first day letter with logistics of start. Initiation and management of all background investigations.
