Job Title: Electronics Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing electrical panels and circuit boards by following blueprints, schematics, and drawings. This role requires manual application of epoxy, conformal coating, and silicone to parts, completing documentation, and following work orders. You will also conduct final inspections before packaging and shipping products.
Responsibilities

Follow blueprints, schematics, and drawings accurately.
Manually apply epoxy, conformal coating, and silicone to parts.
Complete documentation and follow work orders.
Conduct final inspections before packaging and shipping products.
Essential Skills
Six months of electronic assembly experience.
Ability to navigate a computer.
Knowledge of assembly, electronic assembly, and blueprints/schematics.
Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and handling hand tools.
Understanding of IPC 610 and J-standard requirements.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Not color blind (ability to see different colors of wires and parts).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
ITAR Certified.
Ability to cross-train and move to other departments.
Good hand/eye coordination and ability to work with small parts.
Ability to stand and/or sit for a minimum of 8-10 hours a day.
Comfortable working under a microscope.
Experience with surface mount technology and electro-mechanical assembly.

Work Environment
Our work environment is clean, and you will be required to wear a smock, safety glasses, and static guard band. You will need to stand for the entire shift. The work involves working with small parts, so good hand/eye coordination is essential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Peter, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
