Job Summary:
With a heavy emphasis on customer service, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to welcome and host guests at the Raymond James Experience and Conference Center.
Responsibilities:
With a heavy emphasis on customer service, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to welcome and host guests at the Raymond James Experience and Conference Center.
Serves as the first touchpoint for all guests who arrive to the Experience and Conference Center, setting the tone for each visit.
Addresses guest questions with focus on first impression and customer service.
Assistance with obtaining and distributing pre-assigned security badges for event attendees in the Experience and Conference Center alongside security officers.
Assists with luggage storage and retrieval process for select events.
Regularly communicates with the Hospitality Staff to understand what events are happening in the Experience and Conference Center and what special guests may be in attendance.
Maintains general cleanliness of the welcome area and keeps refreshment area stocked and operational.
Cultivates and develops relationships with key personnel in other business units involved in event and meeting execution including audio visual, catering, IT, facilities and security.
Assistance with concierge services when needed for select events
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education:
High School Diploma and minimum of (1) year experience in corporate environment .
or
• Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources
