Description:
Report all problems pertaining to guest’s satisfaction with the reservation and seating procedure received immediately to Restaurant Manager
Check the restaurant service area and the Menu before service begin
Maintain all table allocation
Follow all procedure and reservation system
Proper in greet the customer in friendly manner using the Restaurant Style
Acknowledge repeating guest & greet them by name
Make the reservation
Taking care of the guest’s inquiries
Escort guest to table and help them to sit by pulling out the chair (lady first)
Know seating pattern to prevent overcrowd and obtain by using seating flow plan
