estimator staff. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced
Estimator to join our team of professionals. This is the perfect

construction firm. Company will provide job related training Minimum
Requirements - Minimum three (3) years\' experience in construction
AND/OR constructions estimating with strong understanding of residential
& commercial construction processes - Valid driver\'s license to operate
company vehicles - Experience reading architectural plans (blueprints) -
Experience with MS Word, Excel and construction software Employer
Notes: - Employer states ideal candidate will meet strict deadlines and
has strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills - Employer conducts
a drug test and DMV records check prior to first day of employment -
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday; however may need to be
available to work weekend based on business need (not frequent) -

holidays Job Duties: - Obtain project related information from potential
customers via office and field visits, fielding telephone inquiries,
email inquiries and plan center bid notifications - Prepare project
labor, material & time cost estimate by gathering proposals, blueprints,
specifications and related documents then using industry software and
project drawings - Ensure timely completion of estimates - Present
prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive
information - Maintain quality service by following organization
standards. Maintains continuity among corporate & field work teams by
documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing
needs - Contribute to team effort and success by accomplishing related
results - Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops and reviewing technical publications - Any other duties as
assigned Wage: \$18-\$25, depending on experience and qualifications
