Sales Representatives that sell non-scientific or non-technical products. To sell advanced products like pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and the like, they may need a degree in a related field like chemistry or engineering. Most companies require formal training of up to one year. Such trainees will receive formal instruction and will be supervised by a field sales manager.
An entry level sales representative is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting products or services to drive sales. They may engage in cold calling, networking, and attending sales meetings to build relationships with clients. Additionally, they provide product information, answer customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. The goal of an entry level sales representative is to achieve sales targets, cultivate customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Their job is to maintain relationships with customers or business partners to inform them of new products or services, discounts or product recalls. They may also be responsible for helping customers process payments for products or services over the phone or administer refunds.
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Preference will be given to people that live in Sanpete, Juab, Sevier, Emery, Carbon, Iron, and Beaver Counties
Since most of the office space and operations will be in southern part of the state.
Pay range is $45,000 to 120,000
