Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

In this demanding role, you will perform tasks as assigned by the Front Line Supervisor, involving the production of precast concrete products using a variety of hand and power tools. The position requires availability for overtime and weekend work during heavy production periods. Work hours are generally Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction labor tasks.

• Work with concrete materials.

• Engage in general labor duties.

• Handle heavy lifting and team lifting tasks.

• Assist with carpentry-related tasks.

• Operate machinery as needed.

• Assist machine operators in the production process.

• Maintain cleanliness and perform general labor duties.

Essential Skills

• Experience with general labor tasks.

• Experience with concrete labor.

• Machine operating experience.

• Familiarity with construction processes.

• Ability to assist machine operators.

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction labor.

• Carpentry skills.

• Experience in concrete work.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
