Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk ( On-site)
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented AR Clerk to manage the daily billing and invoicing operations of our finance department. The AR Clerk will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
Responsibilities:
Process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
Prepare and send out invoices to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to manage sales and customer transactions.
Identify inconsistencies and resolve billing issues.
Organize, maintain and update financial records.
Handle customer credit references.
Track account transactions and resolve outstanding payment issues.
Conduct account audits regularly.
The successful candidate should be a reliable professional, with a firm grasp of numbers and sound knowledge of accounting principles. Above all, the AR Clerk must ensure that the company’s receivables are managed and collected in a timely manner.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience as an AR Clerk, or similar role within finance.
Good understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
Proficient in relevant software such as MS Office and accounting software.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent data entry skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic mathematical abilities.
An associate's or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is desirable.
