Production Associates Opening
$17/hr
1st shift- 6a-4pm Mon-Thursday
-Complete task lists as described in the Corporate Training Outline and demonstrate complete knowledge and understanding.
-Maintain the raw material and finished goods warehouse area- taking pallets and putting them onto a packing machine line and dropping rolls of metal onto the pallet and then you will be packing up the rolls
-Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work station
-Conduct receiving and receiving inspections on incoming raw material as documented in the work instructions
-In process inspection of finished goods as defined by documented work instructions
-Selecting and staging finished goods for shipping
-Prepare material for processing as defined by documented work instructions
-Facilitate the movement of material to and from the slitting machines and packaging line using the overhead crane and or forklift trucks
-Ensure that finished products are packaged in accordance with customer specifications
-General duties related to the processing of flat rolled steel products as directed by the -Plant manager and/or the Shift Crew Chiefs.
