Employer is seeking a Maintenance person. Duties will include maintaining appearance of outdoor areas, pool areas, repairs in rooms, such as painting, carpentry, electrical, and various and sundry other duties as assigned by supervisor. The ideal candiate will have experience in these areas, know how use hand and power tools, follow instructions with attention to detail. Further duties and shifts to be discussed with supervisor.
