SMMC seeks a FPOB or Ob/Gyn to provide comprehensive perinatal care,
family medicine, and womens health. Our multi-disciplinary care team is
a unique model of fully integrated medical and behavioral health care
with licensed therapists and care managers. Our team consists of many
specialists, family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, physician
assistants, licensed behavioral health provider, psychiatric mental
health nurse practitioner, and care coordinators. We serve a rural
community, with a varied population. The health center provides
extensive community health and prevention programs and school-based

located in the middle of town to skiing at Lost Trail Ski Area ski
resort 45 miles away, or finding solitude in one of many tranquil hot

skiing, atv-ing, motor biking, hiking, and horseback riding. Our area
also has many water activities on our famous River of No Return from
