Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, GA, FL, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WV. As an Enterprise Operations Consultant, you will be an integral member of the Electronic Payments Operations team. This position supports business planning and development within Electronic Payments Operations at a moderate to high level of complexity. Determines operational priorities and needs through consultation, analysis, and research. Manages the implementation and monitoring of projects that enhance efficiencies. Liaises between business units and business partners to facilitate productive relationships. Develops and executes solutions that achieve the goals of the business while reducing cost and improving client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy - Determines an appropriate operational direction for assigned areas through research, analysis, and consultation. Builds a strong understanding of the business area to identify and design targeted solutions. Manages the subsequent implementation of solutions that enact positive change. Coordinate and implement cross training and productivity measures across teams.
  • Project Leadership - Leads or participates in complex operational projects and initiatives. Assists in gathering data, coordinating logistics, developing communications, and other activities that facilitate project success.
  • Coordination - Coordinate, facilitate and track progress across teams for multiple initiatives. Gather information and coordinate remediation in response to regulatory and/or audit requests, risk reviews, ISO 20022 compliance, NACHA rule changes, and other projects and deliverables. Documentation and presentation development related to business needs.
  • Business Support - Develops business cases, models, and other tools that provide crucial insight into operational processes and recommended solutions. Presents cases to executive leadership and reports on project success. Communicates effectively with all parties to drive change across business units.
  • Consultation - Works closely with business leaders and departments to understand their needs. Provides expert advice on methods of increasing efficiencies and reducing risk. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Banking Operations management OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Banking Operations management Skills: * Possess technical and business acumen, active listening, assimilation of information, negotiation, and judgment skills * Ability to quickly understand complex business issues and processes * Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills * Ability to work across functional teams and interact with external third parties * Communication, facilitation and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications: * 7+ years experience within a large financial institution (LFI) * Expert level knowledge of payment operations including international, domestic and FX wires and/or ACH * Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to electronic payments * Experience documenting moderate to highly complex business scenarios and...
