- prepare food/alcohol/beer menus. establish and maintain profit margins
- inventory control
- prepare and manage work schedules
- willing to work any and all positions when needed
- cash and credit card accounting
- knowledge of point of sale systems
- willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
- mechanical aptitude
- experience in hiring and training employees
- marketing experience to plan and coordinate special events
- web maintenance
- computer literate (must know excel)
