Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator:

  • Utilize in-depth operations and industry knowledge to enhance overall efficiency.

  • Accurately and promptly enter data into our operational system.

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.

  • Conduct precise and timely accounting tasks.

  • Ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

  • Adhere to all compliance requirements, both internal and external, per government regulations.

  • Understand and optimize departmental process flows, seeking continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

  • Proactively engage in self-development to stay abreast of industry trends and personal growth opportunities.

  • Implement and uphold standard operating procedures for customers, ensuring regular updates as needed.

  • Achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards as outlined in the company's procedures.

  • Maintain proactive and timely communication with overseas partners, promptly responding to internal and external emails and requests.

Logistics Coordinator Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating world-class customer service.

  • Proficient in data entry, data analysis, and conveying information professionally, both orally and in writing.

  • Proactive and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and Outlook; willingness and aptitude to learn new systems and processes.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Highly motivated and driven, displaying a strong commitment to achieving success.
