Multi-Site Security Officer - Salt Lake County Area – Part Time

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Rate: $18.50/HR
At Securitas, on-site Security Officers are the foundation of our organization. Our Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments, help safeguard people, property, and information.

What Your Day May Look Like:
Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
Provide detailed written witness reports.

Position Requirements:
18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Standard computer / technology skills needed.
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
Valid UT State Driver's License required.
Security or Loss Prevention experience preferred.
Candidate must be able to travel to sites in Salt Lake County.
Candidate must have the availability to work 2 out of 3 shifts: Day / Swing, Swing / Grave, OR Day / Grave.
All candidates must be willing to participate in our background check process.
