The Laboratory of Dr. Pulsipher is seeking a Sr. Laboratory Specialist who is a self-motivator with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The necessary skills include basic molecular biology (PCR, plasmid prep, bacterial work), basic lentiviral work (lentivirus prep, operating ultracentrifuge, viral transduction), basic immunobiology (T cell isolation, activation, viral transduction, flow cytometry) handling mice and colonies, and tissue preparation.
