University Campus Computer Support has an immediate opening for an IT System Administrator Sr. We are seeking a highly motivated upbeat, friendly and approachable individual to work within a dynamic team to provide expertise for Jamf, SCCM, server support, and other specialized software. Other responsibilities include assistance with department management and development of toolsets for a University wide security initiative.The incumbent must be a highly skilled IT professional who is knowledgeable in desktop and server computer configuration and support, including operating system and application troubleshooting as well as network configuration and information flow.The incumbent will also provide assistance for unique end user Windows and Mac support needs. This position is an onsite position.The incumbent will work as a team member and a trainer for other staff for any specialized systems, processes or departmental procedures. This position requires a continual learning effort for supporting both new and old software and technologies for different client needs and must be available 247 as necessary including on call duties.
