The Journeyman Industrial Electrician must have a current and active Journeyman Electrician License issued from the State of Utah. A valid reciprocal state journeyman license will be considered as proof of experience, but a Utah journeyman license must be obtained within 30 days of employment. electrical construction experience is required. Candidates must have a working knowledge of journeyman level math and be proficient in reading, and writing.

- Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, such as indoor and outdoor lighting systems and timing
- Knowledge of MHSA & OHSA Standards.
- Knowledge of the installation of cable tray systems, tray cable installation, heat trace, rigid conduit bending and threading, motor control centers and instrumentation.
- Skill in planning, designing, organizing, and executing electrical upgrade projects mandated by changing codes, regulations, and safety
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems, devise, and carry out effective plans for repairing problems.
- Ability to communicate technical information, listen to instructions and ask questions, as necessary.
- Ability to troubleshoot and install control circuits and compute electrical
- Ability to read, to understand, and to interpret electrical plans, complex circuit schematics and blueprints.
- Ability to perform assigned work independently with minimal
Ability to climb ladders, sufficient mobility to perform duties in small spaces by crouching, stooping, or kneeling and physical ability to perform tasks requiring strength and finger

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, and Friday, 7:00 am - 2:00 pm.
