Principal Responsibilities

· Lead the financial activities within the factory operations, including annual strategy and operating plans, quarterly reports, and special requests, providing commentary and explanation where required. Drive cost reductions and ensure claimed or forecasted cost reductions have or will impact operating income.

· Serve as business partner to the Plant GM and plant management team to provide operational and strategic guidance as required.

· Provide financial analysis capability for the organization, including monthly, quarterly reporting of actuals and forecasts as well as special studies and major investment evaluation.

· Provide financial leadership to the Operations teams to drive better business results and operating efficiencies.

· Overall site responsibility for maintaining control environment in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley,FICAP, SIC etc.

· Lead the plant LRP (Long Range Plan), AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and Quarterly Rolling Forecast preparation.

· Work closely with SBU & Regional Finance Team on multiple data request and explanation

· Coordinate with RTR and PTP team on timely closing, enhance the quality of account reconciliation and relevant statutory issues.

· Manage overall finance and accounting to ensure business runs in a good shape and comply with company policy, legal requirement, tax, treasury, and internal control.

· Assure the integrity of financial information provide to internal and external

· Provide comprehensive and compelling financial perspective for new project/new product start up

· Lead and develop finance team to fit in organization performance expectation.

· Conduct internal audit (corporate policy, Tax and Customs compliance)

· Deal and work with tax, legal and trade compliance team i.e. transfer pricing, FTA and etc.

· Lead implement system for finance module including optimization process to reduce manual work.

· Continuous improvement efficiency on Finance and business process

· Worked on ad hoc basis from Management.

Personnel Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or Finance

· 10+ years’ experience in a multinational manufacturing industry with solid overall finance function knowledge

· Must have strong cost accounting background.

· ACCA or CPA is preferred.

· Have proven people management skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively and provide appropriate challenges and insight, often under time pressure.

· Solid understanding of IT and other business systems (MRP/ERP) in terms of leveraging these systems to enhance functional efficiencies.
