Job Description:

As a Food Server at Diego's Burritos, you'll be the face of our restaurant. You'll take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure that every customer leaves with a satisfied experience. If you have a positive attitude, a passion for customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when needed.
• Serve food promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Answer questions about the menu, specials, and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure customers have an enjoyable experience by checking in regularly and addressing any needs.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required - we're willing to train!
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy hours.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays of food.
