Robert Half Benefits Administrator in San Antonio, Texas

Description We are in search of a Benefits Administrator to join our team based in an undisclosed location. This role is centrally focused on managing and maintaining relationships with our clients and various insurance companies. The Benefits Administrator will represent our team with detail orientation and compassion, ensuring all communication, documentation, and client interactions are handled efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, offering support and assisting with other clients as necessary.

• Proactively educate and communicate with clients and their employees about their benefits.

• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate and assist with employee enrollments and terminations.

• Request and reconcile monthly invoices, ensuring payments are received and properly documented.

• Manage client data, maintaining up to date service forms, brochures, and flyers from various insurance companies.

• Prepare and oversee the distribution of marketing materials for annual open enrollment and client distribution.

• Update and maintain client databases, policy folders, and data sheets.

• Schedule appointments on behalf of agents, tracking and coordinating necessary medical exams for clients.

• Utilize various software and platforms, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe, and CRM platform.

• Respect, secure, and protect confidential and H.I.P.A.A information at all times. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for managing benefits and payroll

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, demonstrating adeptness in managing workforce benefits

• Strong CRM skills for maintaining customer relationships and handling queries

• Familiarity with Dayforce for seamless management of human resources, payroll, and benefits

• Expertise in 401k - RRSP Administration, showcasing knowledge of retirement benefits

• Auditing skills with an emphasis on auditing employee benefits and claims

• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions, ensuring all employee benefits are administered effectively

• Experience in Claim Administration, handling employee benefit claims efficiently

• Knowledge of Cobra Administration for managing health insurance benefits after job loss.
