Description We are on the hunt for a Controller who will be based in San Antonio, Texas, 78219, United States. As a Controller, your role will be pivotal in conducting accounting activities within an assigned account and providing assistance to the Regional Director of Finance in managing all financial operations within the region.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all procedures related to cash handling
• Administer Payroll and Human Resources operations
• Conduct reconciliation and analysis for multiple balance sheet accounts
• Analyze financial outcomes for both internal and external utilization
• Track and maintain monthly P/L and balance sheet operations
• Create forecasts and budgets, identifying potential risks and opportunities
• Review general ledger and balance sheets
• Resolve various accounting or reconciliation issues
• Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain procedures for inventory and cost control
• Execute related duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M
• Experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Ability to work with Crystal Reports
• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in Auditing
• Familiarity with Budget Processes
