Hyatt Hotel Barista in SAN ANTONIO, Texas

Description:

The Hotel Barista is responsible primarily for assisting guest's food and/or beverage orders in the MKT Place and Food Truck outlets. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This is a fast-paced position with constant customer interaction and cash handling.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have open availability 7 days a week.

  • Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

  • TABC and Food Handler Certification is required.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Preferred candidates will have at least one year of customer service experience.
