The Hotel Pastry Cook is a culinary position that includes but is not limited to preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards, assisting higher level bakers, and all other duties as assigned by Chef.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a commercial baking/ pastry operation preferred.

  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools preferred.

  • Highly responsible and reliable.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
