Job Title: HR Recruiting Clerk

Job Description

As an HR Recruiting Clerk, you will provide pivotal administrative support to our Human Resources team. Your responsibilities will include managing databases, aiding in recruiting activities, handling data entry, overseeing new hire documentation and training, and maintaining personnel files. You will also be involved in sourcing resumes and applications, performing basic qualification checks and preliminary phone interviews, and maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and leaves. Additionally, you will support onboarding processes, assist employees with HR inquiries, and utilize exit interviewing tools to analyze and reduce employee turnover rates. This role requires handling miscellaneous administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Cibolo, Texas.

Work Environment

Will be in the office space of a manufacturing building, M-F, 8am-5pm with potential overtime.
