Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative role based in San Bruno, California. This role primarily focuses on maintaining office operations, supporting new employee onboarding, planning team events and activities, and assisting with HR processes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the office to provide a productive workspace
• Handle the lunch and snack program, mail and deliveries, and coordinate with vendors
• Act as the point of contact for employee needs during the day
• Coordinate scheduling and administrative tasks related to new employee onboarding
• Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by preparing their workstations, ordering lunches, and issuing keycards
• Organize inclusive events to foster team connection and morale, including coordinating food and material orders for in-office happy hours
• Assist with offboarding tasks such as property collection and system deactivation
• Lead the Safety Captain program to maintain office preparedness and coordinate logistics for all-hands meetings
• Track mandatory training completions and compliance requirements
• Remain flexible to manage new projects as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
• Experience in providing Concierge Services
• Strong skills in Customer Service
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files and maintaining administrative office systems
• Excellent Time Management skills
• Experience in Recruiting and Onboarding processes
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
