Job Title: UX Research Associate
Pay Rate: $56.56 - $66.23 / hr
Project Overview:
Our product is one of the largest products in the world and serves a hugely diverse set of users. This team is responsible for empowering users to represent themselves, control their privacy, and protect their experience.
Our focus is to provide a safe, useful experience by developing consistent, expressive, useful identity models and supporting the company in adopting them.
Giving users more control over their experience and privacy settings
Protect users through their identity
Improving and promoting user sign-in and engagement
Overall Responsibilities:
As a UX Researcher, you'll have the opportunity to conduct research supporting some of the top identity initiatives - developing innovative, user-friendly, and quality features that will give users a protected, expressive, and controlled experience. We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, are diligent, detail-oriented, and can work independently within a team structure.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Supporting and conducting moderated and unmoderated studies (concept validation, rapid iterative research, surveys, literature reviews, comprehension testing).
Data collection, research spreadsheet creation
Analyzing and interpreting data to generate insights and recommendations into compelling reports
Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory
Advanced degree in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Human Computer Interaction or similar field emphasizing human performance and behavior.
Experience and comfort with running moderated and unmoderated studies
Experience in research for user experience design for product development
Demonstrated proficiency in either qualitative or quantitative user research & analysis methods.
Desired
Technical aptitude, strong working ability or familiarity with privacy regulations and/or research methods (e.g. comprehension testing).
Detail oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks
Strong oral and written communication skills
Visual communications skills for research (e.g., graphs, charts and slides layout)
Able to effectively balance time between multiple projects, and be flexible by adapting to changing timelines
Pay Details: $56.56 to $66.23 per hour
