Adecco US, Inc. Desktop IT Support Specialist in San Carlos, California

Adecco is assisting a local client in San Carlos, CA for a Desktop IT Support Specialist role. Travel to the San Jose, CA location will be occasional. This is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and pays $30.00 to $35.00 depending on experience. If you can explain “Tech Stuff” to Non-Tech People, Apply Now!! This is a 12-week contract with possibility of extension or becoming permanent!!

Job Summary:

The candidate will work as a Desktop IT Support Specialist focusing on Tier 1 hardware and software troubleshooting. They will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues related to AV equipment, printers, desk setups, and various operating systems and applications such as Windows OS, Mac OS, O365, Zoom, VPNs and WiFi.

Skill Requirements :

· Tier 1 hardware troubleshooting

· software troubleshooting

· customer service experience

· AV troubleshooting

· printer troubleshooting

· Experience with Windows OS and Mac OS

· Familiarity with Dell laptops and Lenovo laptops

· Troubleshooting experience with O365 , Zoom , VPN , and WiFi

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
