Aerotek Avionics Electronics Technician in SAN DIEGO, California

Description:

  • Builds and validates precision Opto-mechanical assemblies in strict accordance with procedure.

  • Uses standardized tools and electric equipment (i.e., torque wrenches, electric and pneumatic screwdrivers and ball drivers) to perform mechanical assembly on opto-mechanical assemblies.

  • Enters data into company databases.

  • Executes inspections/tests

  • Interfaces with engineers to support special builds, and experiments with detailed instructions

  • Operates precision cleaning machinery.

  • Prepares completed assemblies for shipment.

Skills:

  • Mechanical Assembly Experience

  • Attention to detail- quality experience

  • Workstation, not assembly line

  • Backyard Mechanics

  • Computer Skills

Schedule:

  • 2nd shift ONLY - 2:00pm-10:30pm - 10% differential added to pay
