Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.

  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries and inform them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

    Requirements

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • 0-2 years of customer service related experience required.
