Job Responsibilities:
Resolve customer service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
Contact customers to respond to inquiries and inform them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Requirements
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
0-2 years of customer service related experience required.
