Systems Administrator:
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's Corporate IT infrastructure. The role also involves working closely with various teams to identify areas where automation can improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation technologies and a proven track record of implementing automation solutions. Additionally, the candidate must be well-versed with Microsoft products and licensing compliance. Experience managing and administering the Microsoft Partner program is a plus.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintaining the organization's Corporate IT infrastructure
Collaborate with various teams to identify areas where automation can improve efficiency and productivity
Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows
Monitor and troubleshoot solutions to ensure they are functioning properly
Serve as a point of contact for resolving helpdesk escalated issues
Manage and maintain Microsoft Partner program
Stay up-to-date with technologies used in the organization and Microsoft Partner changes
Work closely with internal teams to ensure automation solutions are integrated with other systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce to improve efficiencies
Work with the InfoSec team to ensure security posture is maintained and vulnerabilities are remediated for the Corporate IT infrastructure
Develop and maintain documentation for automation and infrastructure solutions
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in systems administration or a related field
Strong understanding of automation technologies
Well-versed with Microsoft products including Windows 11, Windows Server, Endpoint Manager and Office 365
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.
Pay range: $65,000 - $77,000 Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
