Join the Med/Surg Overflow 9thFloor where you will provide direct patient care within the scope of your practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning, and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. You will take primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under your supervision and work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
This position is Full-Time (72 hours per pay period), with a 12-hour NIGHT shifts. This position is located at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego.
This position is eligible for New Hire Incentives up to $7K.

Required Qualifications:
One (1) year of RN experience
Current CA Registered Nurse License
Current BLS from the American Heart Association
Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Medical Surgical RN experience.
