Job Summary

Establishes schedule baselines for PMW 790 Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office. Provides scheduling support to PMW 790 program office, and shall creates and maintains an Integrated Master Schedules for the Joint (UHF) MILSATCOM Networks Integrated (JMINI) program and the Integrated Waveform Control System (IW CS) - Project.

Telework is supported at 50%. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Analyzes information and provide programmatic and technical recommendations for working group meetings, IPT meetings, in-process reviews, and other program meetings. Creates and/or maintains the IMS using MS Project and Power BI. Responsible for the tracking and reporting of project summary schedules and production schedules based on input from various functional leads. Responsibilities include a wide range of duties involving initial job planning, scheduling of time, scheduling of materials, coordination of subcontractors, monitoring of job progress, analysis of changes, and problem-solving. Develops plans, including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for several significant program portions. Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans. Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans. Interfaces with vendors and customers and conducts extensive investigations as required. Produces the contractor's Initial Schedule and then updates the schedule throughout the program. Uses the schedule to analyze the impact of change orders, delays, and other schedule disruptions. Works very closely with the project manager and the subcontractors during the preparations and updating of the schedule. Produces critical scheduling information for the project team's use. Monitors performance reports against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met; arranges modifications as required.

Required knowledge and years of experience

Must have at least three (3) years of experience. Must have experience in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Milestone Pro, and all Microsoft Office products.

Salary

The minimum salary starts at $90,000, and the max is negotiable based on experience.
