Creative Experiences (Creative X) is a global, integrated creative agency that drives the creative vision for our brands and how they are perceived in the world. We develop all consumer brand content and experiences for the Facebook company, Facebook app, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp.

We have developed best-in-class collaboration models with agencies and our cross-company creative network. While we lead our team to create innovative content, events & experiences, digital and in-product brand experience across our own channels, we also oversee our lead agencies in the creation of content for TV, Print and OOH. This ensures a consistent and strong creative narrative for work that reaches an audience across the globe due to the scale of our apps.

The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver/producer who has the proven ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. Must be a clear communicator, team player, and be able to inspire and motivate teams to deliver world-class creative. This individual is an Integrated Producer who can work across multiple disciplines.

Required Skills:

  1. Work closely with Creative X Creative, Program Management, Production, and Business Affairs to bid, award and execute complex creative campaigns.

  2. Work closely with Program Management and Marketers to secure alignment and reach campaign/program goals.

  3. Deliver mixed deliverable assets including on-platform/social media formats including live action video, stills, animation and illustration.

  4. Push on innovation within formats to create breakthrough and memorable creative work.

  5. Set project schedules and manage calendars for highly specialized creative, including both internal creative teams and/or external partners.

  6. Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters.

  7. Manage external vendor relationships (production companies, edit houses, illustrators, photographers and design firms etc.).

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 12+ years of experience in Integrated Production.

  2. Experience running projects with VP and Director level stakeholders.

  3. Experience with problem solving around challenging schedules within agile/nimble production.

  4. Experience maintaining resilience, a can-do attitude, and a positive presence to add to the existing team spirit.

  5. Experience managing teams of multidisciplinary producers.

  6. Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
