Position Overview
As a Product Operations Intern, you will report directly to the Director of Product Management and play a crucial role in understanding the product operations needs of our global team. You'll have the opportunity to shape the team’s product ops strategy while gaining hands-on experience in product management, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that drive product improvements and operational efficiencies
Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and improve team productivity
Create and maintain documentation for product processes, best practices, and operational guidelines
Work closely with product managers, engineers, technical program management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
Find more efficient ways to collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements
Minimum Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2026with a focus in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior experience collaborating with engineers, designers, researchers, and cross-functional partners
Preferred Qualifications
Prior product management experience from internships, hackathons, or other side projects
Ability to transition easily between detailed and high-level views of a problem
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello
About the US Intern Program
The 2025 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 19 – August 8 or June 16 – September 5). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. Salary Transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience, educational level, and geographic location, and can exceed this range.
For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized intern base salary to be between:
$47,840 and $95,680 (undergraduate students)
$72,800 and $118,500 (Masters/MBA students)
$118,560 and $162,240 (PhD students)
