Exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Attorney! We specialize in helping professionals find rewarding temporary opportunities that align with their expertise and career goals. Currently, we are partnering with a reputable law firm seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with experience in business litigation to join their team on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse caseload of business litigation matters, including contract disputes, commercial disputes, and intellectual property litigation.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials.
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective litigation strategies.
Manage client relationships and communicate with clients regarding case developments and strategies.
Assist with settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar in [relevant jurisdiction] or eligibility for admission.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on business litigation.
Strong litigation skills, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work on-site five days a week.
