Work you'll do

  • Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions

The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 5+ years technology consulting or other relevant industry experience

  • Experienced in complex, hybrid agile, multivendor state environment as system integration project lead.

  • Ability to lead and orchestrate the development and roll-out of a Pilot to several integrations prior to go-live in parallel with human capital/transformation track.

  • Must have technical development, infrastructure, interfaces, and architecture experience.

  • Must have strong presence, and communications and facilitation skills, ability to quickly develop working relationships across the state and multiple vendors.

  • Well versed in MS Project and ability to execute and manage to a project plan.

  • Ability to lead a team.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology

  • Prior experience in Project or program management

  • Experience working with agile methodology

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000.00 to $218,000.00.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
