Description
As a Senior UX Designer on the team at A leading enterprise in the music streaming industry, you will help lead UX design for gamification across marketing, growth, and product opportunities. From discovery and research to concept development, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks, you will be instrumental in shaping user experiences across multiple platforms.
Location: San Fransisco, CA (hybrid-onsite 3 days/week)
Duration: 3 months
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $75-80/hour
Responsibilities:
Lead UX design efforts for gamification initiatives, spanning marketing, growth, and product opportunities.
Define product design flows, interactions, and content strategies based on high-level requirements.
Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, product managers, and other UX and visual designers to develop innovative solutions.
Identify opportunities to incorporate current best practices into product designs and envision new experiences for future features.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in design (UX, product), HCI, behavioral economics, cognitive psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in UX design and research for products on web, mobile, voice, or emerging platforms.
Strong online portfolio demonstrating digital (web and app) work.
Experience collaborating directly with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Pattern Libraries and various research and testing methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
Strong desire for innovation while balancing business needs and customer expectations.
Proficiency in UI/UX design and prototyping tools.
