Do you want to work in t he Controllership Organization as part of the North America Accounting Team? Do you enjoy supporting the monthly, quarterly, annual accounting close process while driving process improvements and analysis, review, and reporting financial statements?

We are seeking an accounting manager responsible for reviewing and approving assigned journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, supporting SOX compliance testing and reporting, analyzing key financial data, and creating management responses.

What we’ll get you doing:

  • Review/approve journal entries, assigned Balance Sheet reconciliations, reconcile monthly general ledger balances for assigned balance sheet accounts and ensure alignment with policy.

  • Assist in month-end closing and preparation of the US monthly financial reporting package; primarily responsible for US Balance Sheet flux and updating key data points for working capital.

  • Analyze financials and detail variance for US balance sheet accounts to discuss with management.

  • Discover and recommend opportunities for process improvements and strengthening internal controls. Drive cross-functional project implementations, leveraging prior experience and knowledge of industry best practices. Lead assigned projects to successful implementation.

  • Participate in Kaizen events as a finance team representative on process reviews, enhancements, and problem-solving events. Complete assigned actions from events within due dates.

The essential requirements of the role include:

  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, proficient in GAAP and financial accounting standards and pronouncements.

  • Multiple years of experience with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license within a Big 4 Accounting firm.

  • Multiple years of experience in general accounting.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Oracle ERP Experience

  • US Domestic Sales & Use Tax

  • US Government reporting requirements (R&D Tax Credits, Income Tax reporting, Manufacturing Data) and other parent company reporting requirements.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
