Job Title: Accounts Payable Admin

Job Description

As an Accounts Payable officer, you will be responsible for processing invoices for utilities, products, inventory, employee expenses, and reimbursements. Your role will involve scheduling paychecks, ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit, and maintaining records of payments, expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, and statements. You will also verify entries and compare system reports to balances, create, manage, and produce financial records that track cash flow and payments, prepare tax records for financial audits, prepare monthly reports, analyze accounts, and respond to vendor inquiries about finances.
