Position: Business Immigration Analyst (BIA)
Location: On-site in San Jose, CA
Duration: 3-Month Project
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Are you a recent graduate with a background in Political Science or a related field? Do you have professional experience in a law firm setting and want to gain hands-on knowledge working in business immigration? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Immigration Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month, on-site assignment in San Jose with an hourly rate of $23/hour. This position will primarily involve data entry, supporting the firm’s business immigration operations. Immigration experience is not necessary in order to apply.
Responsibilities:
Assist with reviewing immigration documents and applications for accuracy.
Provide admin and organizational support to the Immigration team.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure adherence to timelines and compliance requirements.
Maintain confidentiality with sensitive client information.

Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Political Science or a related field preferred).
Experience working in a law firm or a professional services environment.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
While law-related experience is preferred, Juris Doctor (JD) candidates unfortunately cannot be considered for this position.
