What You Will Do
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about information security engineering, specifically in the realm of Identity and Access Management, to join our IT Security team.
As you navigate and manage our intricate enterprise environment, we rely on you to suggest and execute the automation of our services, transitioning towards a self-service model. Additionally, you will be tasked with exploring and integrating new identity products and services.
Who You'll Work With:
You will work with our Cisco IT Security team focused on Identity and Access Management as well as cross-functionally across IT and Product teams to explore what technologies have to offer today and grow beyond.
Who You Are:
It is important that you have a passion to learn technologies, can communicate clearly and effectively with the distributed team, possess good critical thinking and analytical skills.
At a minimum, we require:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
5+ year’s experience with IAM tools and platforms like Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, SailPoint, Azure Identity Center or similar.
Understanding of IAM principles, technologies and protocols such as oAuth, OpenID and OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos
Strong facilitation and communication skills across business and technical audiences
Knowledge of Agile development processes and ability to write effective user stories, requirements documents and/or functional specs
Strong oral and written communications skills and act as bridge between key business stakeholders and the IT organization
Analytical thinking and problem solving. Analyze and document business processes, create use cases and requirements documents
Generate data-driven status reports for a broader audience, consolidating data from various sources for governance meetings with leadership
Possess project management skills to collaborate with project management on path forward planning.
