A JLL esta a recrutar um(a) Consultor(a) Residencial, para as lojas de Vilamoura e Quinta do Lago, no Algarve.A JLL opera em 80 paises, atraves de 300 escritorios e cerca de 98.000 colaboradores. Com mais de 200 anos de historia, esta presente em Portugal desde 1997, contando com uma equipa pluridisciplinar com mais de 300 profissionais. Desenvolve a sua atividade nos mercados de escritorios, retalho, residencial e hotelaria, nas areas de agencia, investimento,corporatesolutions, consultoria estrategica, avaliacoes, gestao de imoveis, arquitetura, construcao e research.Perfil do Candidato:
Conhecimentos comprovados em mediacao imobiliaria, com experiencia em funcoes similares ou de cariz comercial;
Perfil autonomo eproativo;
Valorizamos experiencia internacional, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
Dominio de portugues e ingles falado e escrito e essencial, valorizamos conhecimentos de frances;
Experiencia na utilizacao de ferramentas informaticas Windows - valorizamos conhecimentos em BackOffice comercial;
Valorizamos licenciaturaemgestao imobiliaria, marketing ou similar (nao eliminatorio).
