Should have hands on experience for 7-9 years in managing Aftermarket Parts Distribution Center.
Should be Go getter with good communication & presentation skills.
Should be able to manage Larger workforce.
Should be able to find innovative solutions to complicated, after market supply issues.
Manage aftermarket Warehouse operations for both Domestic as well as Export business.
Manage various 3PL service providers and drive the team to improve KPIs continuously.
Should be able to improve the LPMH efficiency as part of continuous improvements.
Should have knowledge of Warehouse Engineering, Layouting & project management skills.
Handson experience in Packaging, Outbound transportation & Claims Managment.
SAP or equivalent WMS knowledge is must. PANDA WMS will have an added advantage.
Should have knowledge on Warehouse safety protocols.
Should have understanding on dealing with Legal metrology for Parts & Accessories, Environmental certification requirements.
Should coordinate with various cross functionals teams for time bound solutions.
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 7 - 9 Years of Experience in Logistics & Supply chain functions.
