An industry leading manufacturer of aluminum floating docks is seeking a direct-hire Maintenance Manager. This position is located in Sanford, FL. The Maintenance Manager will manage all PM's and take all maintenance responsibilities.
Salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $65K, plus other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
3-5 years manufacturing maintenance or relative experience
Pneumatic, hydraulic experience to repair and PM several forklifts

responsibilities:
Must lead by example, enforce all safety rules, work in a safe & appropriate manner, and ensure all safety related incidents are documented & communicated
Housekeeping of all assigned areas must be up to the set area standards. Daily responsible for upkeep and improvement.
Perform all Maintenance related functions of all plant operational & facility equipment
