We are looking for a Facility Coordinator to join their safety conscious team. The Facility Coordinator supports several different functions in the facility including receiving, shipping, and general administration.

Plant receiving, drum receiving and staging, and profile access and printing
Data entry and scanning for drum and bulk receiving and tracking operations
Printing drum labels
Enter environmental monitoring data into spreadsheets for graphing and reporting purposes
Perform security function when required by logging in and out all entrants to facility at Security Checkpoint
Filing, typing, and general clerical duties;
Staging loads and printing manifests
Will perform all mailings, USPS and/ FED EX
What does it take to work for Noble Oil?
High School diploma or equivalent required
3+years of administrative support or office management
MS Office Suite – Word, Excel and Outlook
Computer savvy
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn and be part of a team
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs, stoop, bend and sit for long periods
