Job Title: Quality Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager for a first shift position from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role requires a strong experience in quality management and internal auditing.
Responsibilities
Compile monthly reports for Management Meetings (required for ISO9001) regarding on-time delivery and quality.
Oversee ISO9001 audits and ensure company compliance.
Plan, develop, and complete internal audits.
Oversee and maintain documentation for required customers (Material Test Reports, RoHS, Code of Conduct, REACH, etc.).
Utilize CMM including programming.
Apply process and manufacturing knowledge.
Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must have or have had internal auditing certification (recertification can be provided if needed).
Hands-on and managing responsibilities.

The work environment offers a smaller company feel. While the facility is not climate-controlled, fans run in the summer and heat sources are used in the winter to ensure a comfortable working environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
They will pay for Internal Auditing Certification if the candidates has expired.
